Job summary

EFitz Logistics, a regional Class A driver role, operates tractors to deliver freight within the Northeast region and returns home each weekend for at least 48 hours. You will report to the Logistics Manager and use premium truck operation skills for timely deliveries.

Expect to drive Freightliner Cascadia trucks (2021–2024), with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight, and maintain safety across routes while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A license is required.
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 2 years.
• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Violations/accidents are reviewed during assessment.
• You must live in Indiana.
• No SAP drivers are considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.

Job Details:

• Average Weekly Pay:.68cpm - .71cpm. Average $1,700-$1775 every week.
• Home time: Home every weekend for a minimum of 48 hours, 5-day work week.
• Average Miles per week: Depends on how many short hauls/long hauls
• Running area: The Northeast, stopping no further north than Maine, no further south than Atlanta, and no further west than Indiana or Illinois.
• Type of Trucks: Freightliner Cascadia trucks from model years 2021 to 2024, all double-bunk.
• Freight type: No-Touch. Drop and Hook.
