Job summary

EFitz Logistics is seeking a Regional Class A Driver in Massachusetts to safely operate a tractor-trailer across the Northeast region. You will report to the Logistics Manager, handling loads, maintaining logs, and ensuring on-time deliveries with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role features home time every weekend, a 5-day work week, and a mix of short and long hauls with no-touch, drop and hook freight in Freightliner Cascadia tractors. Training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A license required.
• 6 months of verifiable OTR experience in the last 2 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Residence in Massachusetts is required.
• No SAP drivers eligibility.
• Violations/accidents are reviewed as part of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods regionally.
• Load and unload freight and secure cargo for transport.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
• Attend orientation and training as required.
• Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and team.

Job Details:

• Average Weekly Pay:.68cpm - .71cpm. Average $1,700-$1775 every week.
• Home time: Home every weekend for a minimum of 48 hours, 5-day work week.
• Average Miles per week: Depends on how many short hauls/long hauls
• Running area: The Northeast, stopping no further north than Maine, no further south than Atlanta, and no further west than Indiana or Illinois.
• Type of Trucks: Freightliner Cascadia trucks from model years 2021 to 2024, all double-bunk.
• Freight type: No-Touch. Drop and Hook.
