Job summary

EFitz Logistics in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Class A Driver to operate a tractor-trailer safely across the Northeast with home weekends and a 5-day work week. You will maintain cargo security, logs, and timely deliveries while following safety regulations.

Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia (2021–2024), dry van trailers. Eligible drivers earn weekly pay of $1,500–$1,700, plus bonuses and benefits. Residents of New Jersey are preferred and must meet trucking experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• 21 years of age.
• Violations/accidents are reviewed.
• Must live in New Jersey.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries.

Job Details:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,700
• Average Pay: .68cpm - .71cpm.
• Home time: Home every weekend for a minimum of 48 hours, 5-day work week.
• Average Miles per week: Depends on how many short hauls/long hauls
• Running area: The Northeast, stopping no further north than Maine, no further south than Atlanta, and no further west than Indiana or Illinois.
• Type of Trucks: Freightliner Cascadia trucks from model years 2021 to 2024, all double-bunk.
• Freight type: Dry van trailers.
