ECCO Group USA LLC is hiring Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Program supporting HomeServe. This remote role focuses on outbound calls, educating customers on coverage, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work from home with weekly pay and commission. Paid training is provided to help you succeed in meeting quality and performance standards.

ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting HomeServe! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Must have call center sales experience and must be proficient with computer navigation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to existing HomeServe customers
• Cross-selling and upselling HomeServe home protection products
• Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
• Accurately documenting calls and sales
• Meeting quality and performance expectations

Schedule

• Paid Training: 1 week 930a-600p EST
• After Training: 930a-600p EST

What We’re Looking For

• Call center and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales calls
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• MUST MEET ALL TECH REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW
• Background check required

Tech Requirements

• Computer with Windows 11 OR higher-50 download/10 upload speed
• NO CHROMEBOOKS, WINBOOKS OR MACS ALLOWED!
• High Speed Internet is required.
• 128GB of storage and 20GB of Free Space on computer
• 8gb of Ram installed on computer.
• Ethernet Cord-Must be hardwired into Router.
• Not able to work on WIFI
• USB Headset with volume Control, mute button, and microphone
• A webcam is required.
• 100% attendance is required (no missed time in first 2 weeks)
• Background check may be required
