Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is currently seeking a Home Visitor to join our team and provide services in Champaign County! Champaign County RPC is a people-focused agency made up of over 100 programs designed to generate possibilities for all within our community. A great deal of planning goes into creating opportunities where people can succeed on their own, and RPC is doing that work. From analysis to policy guidance to offering services to our communities, RPCs people plan for people.
The Home Visitor plans and implements home-based, developmentally appropriate child development and health services as well as family support services that based on best practices as defined by Head Start Program Performance Standards and Illinois Learning Standards. Serves each family weekly in its home or other family-chosen location and twice-a-month provides group experiences for enrolled children and their parents. Uses on-going assessments to ensure individualization for each child and optimal progress toward school readiness.
Requirements
Status: Full-Time/37.5 hours per week
Worksite: RPC ECEC - Rantoul and Virtual Office
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (M-F)
