Job summary

Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our Head Start program. You will manage the classroom, deliver a developmentally appropriate educational program, and foster strong communication with parents and the community.

The role requires a CDA credential (Infant-Toddler preferred), Illinois DCFS eligibility, dependable attendance, and experience in early childhood settings.

Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is seeking Early Childhood Education Teachers to join our team. The Early Childhood Education Teacher is responsible for managing the classroom, carrying out a developmentally appropriate educational program to meet the individual needs of each child, and promoting good communication between the Head Start program, parents, and the community. Requirements

• Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) with Infant-Toddler CDA preferred

• Demonstrated dependability and exemplary attendance required
• Knowledge of Head Start and other agency rules and regulations preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred

Starting Hourly Wage:
