Job summary

Parents and Children Together in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Program Supervisor for Hoomau Home Visiting. You will oversee home visits, group activities, health education, and medical home establishment while guiding staff and carrying a partial caseload as a Parent Educator.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience and a year of supervisory work in health or human services. A driver’s license and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field plus two years of work experience in social work, clinical psychology, counseling, or nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three years of work experience in social work, clinical psychology, counseling, or nursing.
• One year supervisory experience in a health or human services field providing individual supervision to direct service staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure delivery of home-based child abuse prevention services to high‑risk families.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to program staff; supervise staff and conduct observations of home visits.
• Carry a partial caseload and provide direct services as a Parent Educator.
• Ensure program practices align with funders' standards and complete required reports on time.
