Job summary

The VNA Health Group in Bergen County, New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting. You will collaborate with RNs and the care team to support recovery and quality of life for patients.

Requirements include NLN-accredited LPN education and NJ licensure, 2+ years in med/surg or acute care, strong communication, computer and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license for local travel.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience; home care or hospice a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, excellent computer skills, and organizational abilities.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
