Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition seeks an EHS Family Engagement Advocate in Pottstown, PA to lead outreach and enrollment activities for pregnant women and families with young children into the EHS program. You will perform curriculum-based home visits and collaborate with site staff to support health, development and school readiness.

The role requires strong record-keeping in Child Plus, active participation in meetings, and commitment to culturally sensitive family engagement; prior teaching or home

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of direct services experience preferred.
• Bilingual language skills preferred (Spanish, Burmese or Arabic).

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and enrollment activities for EHS.
• Provide curriculum-based home visits to families with young children.
• Coordinate with MCC coordinators and site supervisors.
• Prepare monthly newsletters and program reports.
• Maintain Child Plus records and protect client confidentiality.
