Job summary

Youth In Need, Inc. is seeking a Home Visitation Manager to plan, develop, implement and supervise daily operations. You will lead a team of Family Educators in promoting family development through goal setting, recruitment, parent participation, and overall program satisfaction. Travel to various sites is required.

A High School Diploma/equivalent and 3+ years in home visitation are required; Bachelor's degree preferred. CPR cert. and Class E license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in a home visitation program; supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites within the service area and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and supervise daily operations of the program.
• Lead a team of Family Educators to support family development and goal setting.
• Oversee recruitment, parent participation and overall parent satisfaction with the program.

This Position:

We are interested in a Home Visitation Manager with a High School Diploma/equivalent and three or more years' experience in a home visitation program. Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Travel to various sites throughout Youth In Need's Service Area is required.

Ability to be CPR certified and Class E Driver's License are required.

This is a salaried position, starting at $47,422 per year.
