Job summary

Youth In Need is seeking a Home Visitation Manager in Missouri. You will plan, develop, implement and supervise daily operations, and lead a team of Family Educators in family development through goal setting, recruitment, parent participation, and overall parent satisfaction with the program.

A High School Diploma or equivalent with three or more years in a home visitation program is required; a Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and supervise all aspects of daily operations.
• Lead a team of Family Educators in family development through goal setting and parent participation.
• Travel to various sites throughout Youth In Need's Service Area is required.
