Job summary

Youth In Need seeks a Lead Street Outreach Case Manager to coordinate the entry system in St. Louis City and County, providing case management and advocacy for runaway, homeless, and at‑risk youth.

You will support the Street Outreach team and supervise a group of program staff, building strong community relationships. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a Class E Driver’s License.

Qualifications

This Position

We are interested in a Lead Street Outreach Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field. We're looking for someone who is familiar with at-risk youth behaviors and barriers and has experience working with hard to reach or at-risk individuals and families. Knowledge of how to access community resources is a plus!

Ability to be CPR certified is required. Ability to obtain Class E Driver's License is required.

This is a salaried position starting at $43,888 per year.
