Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Document each visit and communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Maintain safe and professional home visits.
• Treat post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
