Job summary
Supreme Reflex Ortho Rehab Clinic is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our home-based outpatient team in Long Beach, CA. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality PT services in patients' homes, improving mobility and reducing pain in a familiar setting.
You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress while maintaining compliance and quality care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid California State License to practice Physical Therapy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication.
- Adaptable and eager to work in a variety of settings to serve patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes.
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
- Implement treatment strategies and adapt as patients progress.
