Job summary

Belong is seeking a friendly Home Coordinator in Boston to welcome potential residents and showcase our homes with care. You’ll conduct home tours highlighting features, amenities, and benefits, helping residents feel valued throughout the move-in process.

In this role, you’ll handle light move-in tasks, quality checks, and coordination with the team. You’ll work as an independent contractor on a per-task basis, with flexible hours and compensation starting at $30 per task.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to connect and build relationships.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Local area knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to potential residents during tours, highlighting features and amenities.
• Complete quality assurance checks and light move-in tasks (key copying, lockbox setup, etc.).
