Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician in Wichita Falls, TX to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses. You’ll work as a trusted expert delivering best-in-class service while meeting new people every day and solving problems along the way.

You’ll join a team with comprehensive training, competitive hourly pay, and strong benefits, including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid state driver’s license
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs
• Weigh less than 275 lbs., required for ladder safety
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft)
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work
• Identify wire and cable colors
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment

Responsibilities

• Install latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily
• Solve problems and be rewarded for doing great work
• Install a new line, climb ladders, and activate wifi networks
