Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Installation Helper in Houston helps a team deliver, install, repair and haul-away of electronic devices at customers' homes. You’ll support the team by handling integration tasks and networking with a focus on consumer electronics.

You will advise on product placement, work solo or with a partner, and assist with inventory, paperwork and payments while contributing to in-home service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on product placement and provide recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provides feedback and training to store teams and completes in-store repairs.
