Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Installation Helper accompanies a team of Agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul‑away of electronic devices, supporting integration and networking with a focus on consumer electronics.

This role involves advising on product placement, recommending services, working solo or in a two‑person team, and assisting with inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and payment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and offering recommendations on products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provide feedback and training to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
