Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Geek Squad Installation Helper to assist with home delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of consumer electronics. You will join a team of Agents and support the installation process by coordinating product placement, service recommendations, and on-site setup at customers’ homes.

You may work solo or in a two-person team, handle inventory, vehicle maintenance, and paperwork, and contribute to in-store training and feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team; capable of lifting, pushing or pulling.
• Customer service orientation and ability to explain product benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations for products, services, and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
