Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad is seeking a Delivery Assistant to join during our busy holiday season. You will accompany a team of Agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices, and support with integration and networking.

You’ll work independently or as part of a two-person team, help manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, and process paperwork and payments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with use of support tools.
• Willingness to perform installation, repair and haul-away tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
