Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Installation Helper to join a team serving customers in Carson City, Nevada. You will assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics in customers' homes, supporting a team of Agents and focusing on integration of consumer devices.

The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, inventory handling and on-site job duties. The position is part-time and includes potential opportunities for in-store training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding product, service and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents
• Process paperwork and payment
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs
