Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Delivery Driver to handle delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of basic appliances, TVs and tech. The role involves determining the best path into homes, protecting areas, and possibly detaching doors or moving fixtures.

The position requires at least 6 months of relevant experience, a current driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 350 pounds solo or 700 pounds with a team. Training, benefits and a strong customer-service focus are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service, sales, installation, or large product delivery experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy’s safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend to delivery duties, including installation, networking and repair of devices.
• Provide a seamless client experience with advice on product placement and services.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with team members.
• Process paperwork and payment, provide feedback to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
• Provide training to new drivers.
• Lead and assist on two-person jobs as well as work alone.
