Walmart is hiring for a Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #3634 in Tamaqua, PA. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.

You will help keep home displays organized and ensure products are easy to find throughout the day. This full-time role includes a competitive hourly wage with potential performance incentives and a range of benefits.

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
