Job summary

Walmart in Mount Olive, NC is seeking full-time Home associates to greet customers on the sales floor, assist them, and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs. You will ensure Home displays are maintained and properly organized throughout the day.

The role includes a competitive hourly wage of $19–$32, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and a range of employee benefits, including health coverage and a 401(k).

Additional Compensation

• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
