Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1155 in Lumberton, NC. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with their shopping, and recommend products that fit their needs while keeping home displays neat and up to date.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
