Walmart is hiring a Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #4164 in Kaufman, TX. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You will also ensure Home displays are maintained and presented neatly throughout the day.

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance based on their needs.
• Recommend merchandise and help customers find items while ensuring displays stay neat and organized throughout the shift.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
