Job summary

Walmart in Danville, IN is hiring for a full-time Home Associate to assist customers on the sales floor and guide them to merchandise that meets their needs.

As a Home Associate you will greet shoppers, answer questions, and help maintain attractive, properly stocked displays while delivering friendly, fast service throughout shifts. Eligible for health, retirement, education benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location.
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be offered.
• Premiums may add between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them with finding merchandise.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure Home displays are maintained and organized throughout the shift.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour
