Job summary

Walmart in Kemah, TX is hiring part-time Home associates to greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with purchases, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants. You will help maintain Home displays and ensure everything is in proper order throughout the day.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14–$27, with additional premiums and performance incentives. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing, and benefits are provided per Walmart policies.

Employment Details

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
