Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #2294 in Flemington, NJ is hiring for a full-time Home Associate. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in finding products and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.

You will also maintain attractive and orderly Home displays throughout the day. The position offers an hourly wage of $22–$35, plus performance incentives and additional premiums in certain circumstances.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
