Job summary

Wal-Mart is hiring a part-time associate for the Pittsfield, MA store. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and suggest products to meet shoppers’ needs. You’ll help maintain displays and stock in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position offers hourly pay with possible incentives and comprehensive benefits. Shifts include mid-shift and closing, and the role emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
