Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Home Associate for the Walmart Supercenter in Erwin, NC. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs while ensuring Home displays are clean and properly organized.

This full-time role includes an hourly wage between $19 and $32, plus eligibility for annual or quarterly performance incentives and various premiums based on schedule, season, or work performed. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
