Walmart Supercenter #2481, 9300 STATE ROUTE 61, COAL TOWNSHIP, PA 17866, US, is seeking part-time Home associates to greet customers on the sales floor, assist them and recommend merchandise based on their needs. They ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Available shifts include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift and Closing. The role pays hourly wages from $14 to $27, with additional incentives and premiums depending on schedule, location and performance.

Job description

Hourly Wage

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
