Job summary

Walmart is hiring a part-time Home Associate in Brownsville, TX. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs.

The role ships with Mid-Shift and Closing schedules at Walmart Supercenter #1000, 2721 Boca Chica Blvd. You will help maintain home displays and ensure they are neat and properly arranged throughout the day, while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
