Job summary

Walmart is hiring at Walmart Supercenter #1568 in Hermitage, PA for Home associates in a part-time role. The job is hourly with a minimum wage guidance and includes incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Shifts available: Mid-Shift and Closing. Responsibilities include greeting customers on the salesfloor, helping them find items, and maintaining displays consistent with store standards. Eligible employees receive PTO and access to educational programs.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
