Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Home Associate in Cairo, GA for a part-time role. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with their needs, and recommend merchandise accordingly.

You’ll also ensure home displays stay neat and orderly throughout the day, while supporting store operations on mid-shift or closing shifts. The position offers an hourly wage of $14–$27 with potential performance incentives and other benefits.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
