Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Home Associate in Fayetteville, AR to greet customers, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers’ needs. You will help maintain clean, organized home displays and keep shelves in proper order throughout the day.

This temporary position requires friendly, reliable team players who can work mid-shift or closing shifts. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. No prior sales experience is required; on-the-job training provided.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
