Walmart is hiring Home associates for a part-time position at Walmart Supercenter #1519, 100 WALMART DR, JACKSON, OH 45640. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing, with the goal of keeping Home displays neat and inviting. The role offers additional compensation through performance incentives and per-hour premiums in certain circumstances.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
