Job summary

Options in Community Living in Madison, WI is seeking a Home Support Worker for overnight asleep shifts (Friday 8pm–Sat 12pm and Saturday 8pm–Sun 12pm). Must have WI license.

You will provide hands-on daily living assistance, support bathroom routines, and help maintain a structured daily schedule, while promoting independence. The role offers paid training, paid orientation, a set schedule with options to pick up more hours, holiday and OT pay, a referral bonus, and full-time benefits after 30

Responsibilities

• Offer guidance and support with bathroom routines, while respecting their independence where possible
• Develop and maintain a daily routine that caters to the individual's love of structure and activity
• Engage in fun and stimulating activities, including video games, and swimming
• Provide 24/7 support, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times, while also respecting their need for alone time
• Communicate effectively and patiently, as the individual may not always express pain or discomfort verbally
