Furniture Fair in Clarksville, IN is hiring a Home Style Specialist – Sales + Designer to help clients create rooms they love through one-on-one consultations and in-home design support. You’ll blend design expertise with client relationships to drive store sales in a dynamic team environment.

This role combines design flair with proven sales skills, offering training and a path to grow with a growing, family-owned retailer serving Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

• Market Knowledge – You’re familiar with the product lines across many retail and wholesale home vendors, and can quickly find the perfect piece for your client.
• Sales Minded – You have experience in sales and the uncanny ability to quickly decipher a client's needs and match them with the perfect products.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to design living spaces and drive store sales.
• Perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space.
• Engage clients in a professional and personable way that demonstrates your personal passion for the product.
• Maintain a professional appearance that represents the Furniture Fair brand.
• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space.
• Follow through on product arrivals and setup with each client to ensure a seamless experience.
• Demonstrate excellent clienteling skills including following up with clients regarding promotions, new product arrivals etc.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design center assortment.
