Job summary

Bath Planet Inland Empire in Riverside, CA is seeking a Home Show / Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The role blends event marketing at home shows with outbound and inbound call center duties, driving lead generation and appointment scheduling.

You will engage homeowners, educate them about our products, set up displays, and work toward performance-based rewards in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Home Show & Event Responsibilities: Represent Bath Planet Inland Empire at home shows and events, engage homeowners, generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations, set up displays and build relationships.
• Call Center Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, follow up on leads, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate customer information.
