Job summary

Lookout Pest Control is seeking a Home Services Technician to work in the field, improving home safety, dryness, and termite prevention. You will install insulation, install moisture barriers in crawl spaces, and apply termite prevention measures while delivering excellent customer service.

You will follow safety policies, maintain equipment, and coordinate with customers to schedule inspections and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record per policy.
• Must pass state exam for registration/certification after hire.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read and speak English fluently.
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and regulatory requirements for product handling and PPE.
• Operate company vehicle safely.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles for cleanliness, longevity, and safety.
• Collaborate with customers to schedule or confirm appointments and prepare for visits.
• Ensure materials and equipment are present at the job site and the site is cleaned after work.
