Job summary

Lookout Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a Home Services Technician to perform in-field pest control duties, including insulation installation, crawl-space work, and termite prevention.

You will interact with customers, follow safety protocols, and operate specialized equipment to protect homes and ensure service quality. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain required licenses after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state required exam for registration/certification after being hired.
• Must be over the age of 18 and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and regulatory requirements when handling products and equipment.
• Operate company vehicle safely and legally.
• Install attic insulation and moisture barriers as part of services.
• Prepare crawl spaces and apply liquid termiticide per product label.
• Collaborate with customers to schedule or confirm appointments and prepare for services.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure materials and equipment are present.
