Lookout Pest Control is seeking a Home Services Technician in Nashville to perform essential field duties that keep homes safer, drier, and termite-free. You will install attic insulation, lay moisture barriers, and apply termite prevention measures while delivering top-notch customer service.

You must follow safety policies, operate company vehicles, obtain required licenses, and collaborate with customers to schedule services and prepare sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record per policy.
• Must pass state exam for registration/certification after hire.
• Must be 18+.
• Read and speak English fluently.
• Weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and wear PPE; operate equipment as required.
• Daily driving between stops and safe vehicle operation.
• Collaborate with customers to schedule or confirm appointments.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available at the job site.
• Install attic insulation, crawl space moisture barriers, and termite prevention measures.
• Install termite bait stations and inspect stations as required.
• Complete required trainings and meetings; perform other duties as needed.
• Support Sales by identifying opportunities for additional services.
