Lookout Pest Control is seeking a Full Time Home Services Technician to work in Cedar Bluff, AL. The role involves insulation, encapsulation, termite prevention, and customer service in field settings.

You will drive, install barriers, and perform baiting tasks with safety and regulatory compliance. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to read/speak English fluently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must pass state exam for registration/certification after being hired.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must read and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and operate equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Drive company vehicle safely and legally.
• Maintain licenses and registrations through exams and CE credits.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and functioning.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule services and prep.
• Ensure materials and equipment are on-site and ready.
• Clean the job site after work is completed.
• Insulate attics by replacing insulation as specified.
• Prepare crawl spaces for moisture barriers and install barriers.
• Operate termite rigs for treatments and apply liquid termiticides as labeled.
• Install and maintain termite bait stations and inspect stations.
• Record termite activity as required by programs and regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify leads and opportunities.
• Attend trainings and meetings; perform other duties as required.
