Acts Home Care (private duty agency) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents within our beautiful senior living campuses across Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. What Will You Do?

• Serve as the case manager, coordinating and providing nursing care with clinical oversight. In addition, you will supervise the work of CNA's, HHA's, etc.
• Deliver compassionate care to residents across all levels of care within our CCRCs.
• Foster a community where residents thrive.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in Home Care (private duty) is preferred
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to all communities within the Northeast Region (Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties)
• Proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver's license if transporting a resident
