PROMONTORY DEVELOPMENT LLC in Park City, Utah, seeks a Home Services Maintenance Technician to handle routine walkthroughs, minor repairs, and coordination with outside vendors. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and English proficiency.

You will work with Promontory Club members to ensure high-quality service, maintain equipment inventory, and follow safety policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma preferred; must be at least 21 years old; valid driver’s license; able to pass a pre-employment background check; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsabilidades

• Organize home walkthroughs to optimize travel time and convenience.
• Primary provider of routine walkthroughs at assigned homes.
• Provide input on walkthroughs to customize lists for efficiency and quality.
• Assist Home Services Inspection Technicians with minor maintenance items and projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in homes (water softeners, hot water systems, furnaces, security systems).
• Perform repairs within technical ability; coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
• Maintain inventory of high-use items and assist scheduling special projects.
• Develop rapport with homeowners and ensure work meets Promontory standards.
• Be willing to work varied hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends; follow safety policies.

No other community comes close.Promontory Development is looking to fulfill a vacancy for a Home Services Maintenance Technician – Full time.The Home Services Maintenance Technician will ensure that clientele receive all services designated in each individual contract and provide accurate information and feedback to management regarding home conditions, repairs and or needs by certified/licensed outside vendors discovered during home walkthroughs or service visits.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Organize home walkthroughs to optimize travel time and walkthrough convenience.When providing walk through services, have a keen eye to look for details and take initiative to correct minor issues on the fly.Primary provider of routine walkthroughs on assigned homesProvide input on walkthroughs to customize lists on each home for efficiency and quality.Assist Home Services Inspection Technicians with minor maintenance items and special projectsMust possess basic knowledge in the handling and operation of hand and power tools.Troubleshoot issues regarding all mechanical aspects of homes such as water softeners, hot water systems, furnaces, security systems, etc. within the homes of the Promontory Home Services clientele umbrella.Provide repairs within your technical ability on homes that do not require licensed and certified personnel.When needed, assist outside vendors with access to homes and monitor their performance until work is completed.Provide Home Services Management with recommendations in scheduling special project requests to improve efficiency and profitability.Maintain levels of inventory of high use items such as light bulbs, batteries, fasteners and other useable items.Develop rapport with homeowners to gain trust and professional friendships.Ensure level of work is of the highest quality and meets Promontory standards to maintain high level of respect of all Promontory homeowners.Must be willing to work various hours, evenings, holidays and weekends may be required.Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS: High School Diploma is preferred; must be at least 21 years of age; must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to be added to Promontory’s vehicle insurance; must be able to pass a pre-employment background check; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-3 years previous experience working in building/home maintenance is preferred; must have excellent customer service and communication skills; basic computer skills and competency in the following, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.WORKING KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED ON JOB: Abide by Promontory policies and procedures and submit ideas for possible revision; work independently with little supervision; courteous and helpful with Promontory Club Members and employees; practice proper and timely communication.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time; ability to spend time in an outdoor environment in the sun, rain, snow and other conditions; ability to lift 25lbs regularly and the ability to lift up to 60lbs occasionally.Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Starts at $24 an hour.Promontory offers competitive wages and benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurances, paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, uniform and equipment allowance, golf on two award winning courses and yearly bonuses.Promontory Club is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age (over 40), disability (mental and physical), sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, medical condition, genetic information, marital, military and veteran status.
