Promontory Development, LLC in Park City, UT is seeking a Home Services Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. You will conduct home walkthroughs, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure high-quality service for Promontory homeowners.

The role requires 1–3 years of home maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work various hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; must be at least 21 years old; valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• 1-3 years of experience in building/home maintenance preferred; strong customer service and communication skills; basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Organize home walkthroughs to optimize travel time and convenience.
• Serve as primary provider of routine walkthroughs in assigned homes; identify and address minor issues on-site.
• Assist Home Services Inspection Technicians with minor maintenance and special projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (water softeners, hot water, furnaces, security systems) within Promontory homes.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, monitor workmanship until completion, and provide scheduling recommendations.
• Maintain inventory of high-use items and build rapport with homeowners to uphold Promontory standards.
