North Shore Compassionate Care, LLC is seeking a Home Service Worker to provide in-home support, ensuring clients live safely and with dignity at home. Your reliability and compassion will directly impact client well‑being and family peace of mind.

You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship while following each client's care plan and documenting visits accurately. A background check and health screening are required.

Formación

• Current HHA or CNA certification, or completion of Illinois-required Home Services Worker training
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and monitor clients for changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to the Field Supervisor
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan and document visits accurately and on time
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies
