North Shore Compassionate Care, LLC is hiring a dedicated Home Service Worker to provide in-home support for clients in Highland Park and surrounding areas. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and follow prescribed care plans with confidentiality and compassion.

The role requires a current HHA or CNA certification, at least 6 months of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass screenings.

Formación

• Current HHA or CNA certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and monitor changes in client condition, reporting concerns to the Field Supervisor.

Home Service Worker

We are looking for a Home Service Worker to join our team. As a Home Service Worker, you will provide hands-on, in-home support that helps clients live safely and with dignity in their own homes. Your reliability and compassion directly shape client well-being and family peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and monitor clients for changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to the Field Supervisor
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan and document visits accurately and on time
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies

Requirements

• Current HHA or CNA certification, or completion of Illinois-required Home Services Worker training
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening
