Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
4. Interact with customers, set project expectations, and walk them through the process for satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.
